Milk Bath
You will need: 2 cups of powdered milk, 1 cup of cornstarch, 5 to 10 drops of essential oil or perfume oil in your favorite scent and a 32-ounce jar with a secure lid
Place powdered milk, cornstarch, and essential oil in the jar. Tightly close the lid and shake until well blended. If any oil-powder clumps remain, break them up with your fingers.
To use, toss a cup of your mixture into the bath water and climb right in.
Indian Body Art
You will need: Nontoxic, washable watercolor paints and a fine paintbrush
Start with clean, dry skin without any moisturizer. Wet your brush and begin painting. Try a delicate dot design on your face, a teardrop on your forehead, elaborate curlicues on your wrists, or hearts and vines or a flower or two on your ankles. Let your artwork dry. Be sure the paint won’t be in contact with your clothes, because it can rub off. Stay out of the rain and the swimming pool, too, or it will wash off.
When it’s time to clean up, your artwork will wash off with soap and water. Lotion or cold cream will remove any lingering color.
